Chasing the Wind of Reverence & Honor
(Ecclesiastes 5:1-7)

Honor God with the weight He deserves, everywhere with every word.

  1. Approach God Humbly. (1)

  2. Use words carefully. (2-7a)

  3. Fear God faithfully. (7b)

 
 

Reflection Questions

  1. Where am I treating God as a personal shopper to be used, rather than the Sovereign King to be adored?

  2. ​Are my words "few and weighty" — or am I trying to hide a cold heart behind religious noise and empty promises?

  3. ​How does the perfect "Yes" of Jesus — the True Vow-Keeper — change my motivation from a dread of judgment to a delight in His presence?
