The Habit of Reconciliation
(2 Corinthians 5:16-21)

The Habit of Reconciliation is the act of moving to restore relationships back to God and others, because God has first moved towards us.

Reconciliation…

  1. …moves downward. (18-19)

  2. …flows upwards. (16-17, 21)

  3. …spills outward. (16, 18b, 19b, 20)

Reflection Questions

  • Where do you need to truly receive God's reconciling grace today, fully embracing your identity as a new creation reconciled to Him?

  • Who is one person with whom God is calling you to actively seek reconciliation this week, demonstrating the overflow of His peace through you?
