Village Women’s Retreat
Join us for a women’s retreat on June 27-29th! This will be a meaningful time to deepen your relationship with Jesus as we hear from three women in our church who will speak on the holiness of God. You’ll also have intentional time alone with the Lord and opportunities to connect with others through small groups, meals, games, and activities. Plus, enjoy the chance to rest without the responsibilities of cleaning, cooking, or planning!

Location: Higher Ground Conference and Retreat Center (3820 Logan Creek Ln, West Harrison, IN 47060)
Check-in: Friday, June 27th from 5:00–5:30pm
Retreat Ends: Sunday, June 29th at 9am, just in time to join the 10:30am gathering at The Village Church in Hamilton
Accommodations include hotel-style rooms with two women per room (linens provided). Your registration cost of $200 covers all fees, lodging, meals, event activities, and some special surprises!

How do I cancel my registration? If you are unable to join us, send us an email to let us know: kieh.kirby@myvillagechurch.com. Please note that we cannot offer registration refunds past May 25th.
What food is offered at Higher Grounds for someone with dietary restrictions? They can accommodate nut allergies, dairy allergies and gluten allergies/intolerance but cannot accommodate true celiac.
Where is Higher Grounds and what does it offer? It’s a spacious retreat center only 40 minutes away from Hamilton filled with various activities for hiking, climbing, swimming, etc. You can learn more about the location here.
What’s the sleeping arrangements? You will be in a hotel like style room with one other person! You’ll each have your own bed.
Who do I contact if I need some financial help? Please reach out to Matt Tucker at matt.tucker@myvillagechurch.com if you need some financial help to pay for the retreat. Four women from the 2024 Women’s Gift Exchange received a $50 off coupon code, reach out to Kieh at kieh.kirby@myvillagechurch.com if you need the code again!
What if I can’t or prefer not to stay overnight? Can I still attend?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to join the retreat even if you choose not to stay overnight—whether it’s due to personal needs, nursing a baby, or any other reason. Just keep in mind that the $200 fee covers more than just lodging, including meals, materials, and all activities, so we ask that all attendees pay the full amount. We’d truly love to have you be part of the experience! If you do plan to head home at night, just let us know in advance.
