What is The Village Gate?
The Village Gate is one way we help welcome new folks into the community and mission of The Village. Two times a year, we host a gathering for those interested in learning more about The Village and/or local church membership. This meeting is open to anyone, and there’s no obligation to commit to The Village or to pursue membership if you attend. However, attending a Village Gate is a required part of our membership process!

Come ready to ask questions, share thoughts, and tell us a bit about yourselves. While we’ll interact with you and the material, we won’t be teaching through it during our time together.

This *mandatory content explains the heartbeat of The Village through three lenses: gospel, community and mission.
Theology & Distinctives
This includes a summary statement of faith, our approach to defining how aligned members and leaders need to be theologically, and a modern version of the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith with our comments.
Covenant
This clarifies the expectations we can have of one another as members of the local church. Membership is reaffirmed annually.
