Good news to the world!

The World around Us

Our Local Go! team partners with organizations in Hamilton who are serving the most vulnerable in our city:

  • Serve City: An outreach center dedicated to serving low-income and homeless individuals and families

  • YoungLives: A ministry that brings together teen moms and mentors in Hamilton.

  • Pathway to Hope: A pregnancy center providing free services and support to parents.

The World Abroad

Through Acts 29, we have rich relationships with three church planting families residing in Guatemala:

  • Mitch, Amanda & Lucas (Los Chilitos)

  • Cayetano & Vilma (Los Chilitos)

  • Guinder & Noemi (San Pablo La Laguna)

Our global efforts aim to establish and strengthen trusted local churches with indigenous leadership through mutual, long-term, sustainable partnerships.

Acts 29

A DIVERSE, GLOBAL FAMILY OF CHURCH-PLANTING CHURCHES

The Village is part of Acts 29, a theologically-driven, gospel-centered organization that stands in the tradition of historic evangelical confessionalism. The network exists to plant churches worldwide by recruiting, assessing, training, and supporting church planters.

Bound by relationships, theology, and mission, Acts 29 churches are committed to the following five theological distinctives:

  1. Gospel centrality in all of life

  2. The sovereign grace of God in saving sinners

  3. The work of the Holy Spirit for life and ministry

  4. The equality of men and women and the principle of male headship

  5. The local church as God’s primary mission strategy

Acts 29 is an interdenominational network, meaning churches of various denominations (or none!) are welcome to join arms around shared values, beliefs, and purpose.
