Expectations & Registration | In-Person Gathering This Sunday!
God willing, this Sunday we're opening the doors of The 210 for those willing and able to regather for corporate worship! We're excited to see some of you face-to-face for the first time in a long time.
That said, this happy reunion will also serve as a test run. We've done our best to think through all we can, plan well, and accommodate for whatever contingencies we might need. But at the end of the day, this Sunday will be a new thing for all of us! Here's what we need from you in order to make this work:
[Re]Gathering Expectations | Read through this document to see what we're expecting of you, what we're committing to you, and a few other bits of info. This is the first thing you should do!
Register for Sunday | If you're planning to attend this Sunday, please register in advance. We have a limited capacity for seating due to social distancing standards (for example, we've removed every other row of seats and are asking households / groups who are "isolating together" to keep three seats apart from the next group) so we're capping RSVPs at 60 seats. The last thing we want to do is keep people from gathering with us, but a hard registration is what we have to do in order to gather responsibly without inevitably having to turn folks away at the door. (No one wants to have that job... or be the ones who are turned away!) Below are a few notes on registration:
————
>Registration opens Monday at 7:00pm and closes Thursday at 10:00pm.
>There will be a waiting list once the cap of 60 is met. Eventbrite will automatically contact you if seats become available.
>If you're serving, there's no need to register.
>There is no K-Ville, so please include kids in your seat count.
>If you register but find out later that you're unable to attend, please let us know in advance so someone else can have your seats.
————Face Coverings Required | In compliance with the order in effect in Butler County as of the moment I'm writing this, face coverings will be required while at The 210. We will have masks available if you need one.
Use Upstairs Lobby Bathrooms | The restrooms in our gathering space are currently "under construction," but we will have access to the lobby restrooms which will have been cleaned and sanitized.
For those at home, we'll be livestreaming as usual. I'm sure I'm forgetting to say something, so let us know if you have any questions... after reading the [Re]Gathering Expectations document, of course!
