The Banquet Invitation
(Luke 14:15-24)

Receive the invitation to the Lord's banquet, and make room to invite all who will come.

  1. An open invitation. (15-17)

  2. A load of excuses. (18-20)

  3. A new guest list. (21-24)

Reflection Questions

  1. Have you considered the honor of your invitation to sit at the Lord’s table?

  2. What excuses might be in the way of you inviting others to take a seat at the table?

  3. When reflecting on Christ’s work to welcome you to the table of eternal life, how does that good news expand your burden for others?
