Leadership of The Village Church

AddThis Social Bookmark Button

Because we believe the Bible says local churches should be led by a plurality of qualified male elders, this is how we have set up The Village's leadership structure. We currently have three elders (pastors), with a number of ministry leaders and servants who also help bear the work of the church. With Jesus as our Senior Pastor, our aim is to raise up more elders and other servant leaders from within the church to help care for people and steward their gifts, talents, and resources for the glory of God.

For more information on The Village Church's leadership, see On Church Leadership by Mark Driscoll (available at The 333), read the even more in-depth Biblical Eldership by Alexander Strauch, or check out a list of articles, videos, and sermons on eldership from The Gospel Coalition.
